Did you Taco Bell that of the 64 ingredients in their Mexican Pizza, one of them is silicon dioxide (aka sand), which is added to the ground beef? While you may think you can at make good food choices at fast food restaurants, even if you only eat the meat, there's likely to be 20+ ingredients added!
